Payment

For holders of a credit account with us our standard terms are net monthly i.e. payment must be made by the end of the month following that of the invoice date. We may withhold supplies and services from customers who exceed our credit terms.

Prices

All advertised prices may be changed without notification. We apply prices applicable on date of dispatch. All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Order cancellations require our written approval. Expenses for materials and labour already incurred at the time of cancellation shall in all cases be paid to us.

Goods may only be returned if agreed by us quoting our official returns note number. We reserve the right to reject any goods returned without our consent. Custom manufactured tools and tools under private label are, of course , not subject to returns as a matter of principle.

Any purchase terms from a buyer, contrary to the aforementioned conditions shall not be legally binding upon us, even if they constitute the basis for that order.

Warranty

We guarantee our tools to be free of all defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of claims, the tools must be forwarded freight pre-paid to our factory. The claim shall apply only to shipment of replacement parts free of charge. We shall not be liable for damage caused by the improper use of or handling of our tools.

Deliveries

Local deliveries are free of charge by our van on weekly service. Alternative deliveries can be arranged, a fee may be charged.
